Expanding production scale at this prominent gear manufacturing hub led to a sharp rise in energy consumption. The client faced a “space-vs-power” paradox: they needed high-capacity storage to combat summer power rationing, but could not afford to lose valuable factory floor space.
The facility deployed a 420 kW / 860 kWh ESS utilizing 4 sets of MU-P Series Liquid-Cooling Cabinets integrated with rooftop solar PV. The MU-P Series was chosen for its ultra-compact design, occupying only 5 $m^2$ for the entire project. TWS provided a “One-Stop” service model, covering design, procurement, construction, and maintenance.
Leveraging Jiangsu’s price policies, the system executes a three-cycle-per-day mode. This generates a monthly revenue of approximately €6,517 (CNY 50,130). The project secures production stability during peak summer months and reduces annual carbon emissions by 301 tons.
