A pharmaceutical glass manufacturer needed to lower peak energy costs while adhering to strict local power limits. However, the factory’s existing layout left almost no room for additional infrastructure, requiring an extremely space-efficient solution.
We installed a 1.05 MW / 2.15 MWh Liquid-Cooling System comprising 10 sets of MU-P Series Cabinets and 2 grid-connected units. These specific cabinets were chosen for their ultra-compact footprint, with each single cabinet occupying only 1.23 m², allowing the 10-unit array to fit within the client’s minimal available floor space.
The system leverages time-of-use (ToU) arbitrage to generate approximately €390 in daily revenue, leading to a projected payback period of just 3 years. The project proved that industrial upgrades are possible even in high-density factory environments.
