As a global hub for light industry, Zhejiang’s manufacturers face soaring tariffs. This client required a large-scale, flexible system to handle the massive electricity demands across diversified production lines.
TWS Technology designed a Distributed ESS consisting of 16 Liquid-Cooling Cabinets (Total Scale: >3.4 MWh). To fit the factory’s layout, the team divided the project into 4 customized sub-systems (one 5-cabinet, two 4-cabinet, and one 3-cabinet configuration). Each node includes its own grid cabinet and transformer to enhance response speed.
Operating on a two-charge, two-discharge daily mode, the project generates an average daily revenue of €650 (CNY 5,000). With an expected payback period of under 3 years, this project provides a “green engine” for the enterprise’s industrial upgrade.
