Overseas Sales Specialist (Europe & US)

Focus: As a Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge between our China HQ and the global market, helping scale our ESS solutions across Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate high-potential leads in the global energy storage market.
- Support Sales Managers in technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of renewable energy trends and opportunities.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle within the CRM, ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate between HQ and international clients, providing bilingual (Chinese/English) support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Energy-related fields.
- Fluent English and Chinese; proficiency in a European language (German, French, etc.) is a major plus.
- A strong interest in ESS technology and a cross-cultural mindset.
- Willingness for short-term regional travel to support business expansion.
Overseas Sales Manager
Focus: Take the lead in building our global footprint. You will be responsible for channel strategy and high-level distribution management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute channel strategies, including the development and maintenance of distributors.
- Own the sales targets (Sell-in/Sell-through/Sell-out) and manage overall KPIs.
- Execute offline Business Development (BD) through exhibitions and technical forums.
- Analyze competitor data to refine local product and pricing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) or Utility-scale ESS sales in EU/US markets.
- Proven track record in negotiation and high-pressure sales environments.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
Software Test Engineer (B/S Architecture)
Focus: Cloud Platform & EMS Testing Ensure the reliability of our Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full testing lifecycle: planning, case design, execution, and reporting.
- Perform functional, performance, and security testing for B/S architecture.
- Conduct specialized testing for ESS scenarios (battery charging/discharging, power scheduling).
- Implement automated testing frameworks to increase efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in B/S architecture software testing.
- Familiarity with EMS/BMS/PCS or SCADA systems is highly preferred.
- Strong technical foundation in Linux, SQL, and Web protocols.
Senior C++ Engineer (EMS)
Focus: Core system & high-performance architecture; design the “brain” of our energy storage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop core EMS modules for data acquisition, optimization, and power forecasting.
- Build high-concurrency, low-latency architectures for millisecond-level control.
- Implement industry-standard protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3.0, etc.).
- Optimize system performance across Linux/Windows and x86/ARM platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years in C++ (C++ 11/14/17) with experience in the power/energy sector.
- Deep knowledge of multi-threading, network programming, and STL/Boost.
- Experience with SCADA, Microgrids, or Virtual Power Plants (VPP).
Vue Front-End Engineer
Focus: EMS user interface & visualization; create the visual interface that allows our users to interact with complex energy data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the front-end architecture for our EMS platforms.
- Develop reusable components using Vue.js (2/3) and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with back-end teams for real-time data visualization and WebSockets.
- Optimize UI performance for high-concurrency and large data sets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level B/S architecture development.
- Expertise in Vue.js ecosystem, ES6+, and modern build tools (Vite/Webpack).
- A keen eye for UX/UI and an interest in industrial monitoring systems.
